UNO holds off TAMU-CC For Upset

The Privateers (7-9, 4-4) were in control throughout but had to hold off a late Texas A&M-Corpus Christi rally, completing their second consecutive road victory by a 70-62 score. The Islanders entered the game at 6-1 in the league, which was good for second place.  New Orleans survived 24 turnovers in the winning effort.

Freshman Christavious Gill again led UNO in scoring with 19. Tradarrius McPhearson added 14, and Cory Dixon scored 12 to go along with 16 rebounds.
